Sam Welsher

My role as Finance & Practice Manager is to look after all aspects of the finance and day to day running of QualitySolicitors Charlesworth Nicholl, as well as providing strategic input. I am a qualified accountant and have always had a passion for working with numbers. Coming from an accounting practice background, I have had insight into a number of successful businesses. The foundation to a successful service business is your client base, which is why our aim in decision making for the practice is to put our clients first and think of any new initiative from the client’s viewpoint.

Outside of the workplace, I like to spend my time outdoors. I enjoy playing golf and tennis, and long walks or runs on the hills.
