I joined QualitySolicitors Mirza in September of 2011. I have nearly 10 years practical experience in the field of Immigration, Asylum and Nationality law. I have acquired Law Society Accreditation as an Immigration and Asylum Level 2 caseworker with supervisor status.

I have successfully represented clients with their immigration applications including in-country, entry clearance applications, visa and work permit applications as well as appeals before Immigration Judges at the Asylum and Immigration Tribunal.

I also have experience of criminal law matters due to my part time role as a Justice of Peace (Magistrate). I hear criminal cases such as theft, assault, breach of the peace and road traffic offences in the local courts. I happily volunteer my services and expertise as I believe in providing justice in the community. I am also fluent in Gujarati.
