We are looking for an experienced, friendly, highly motivated individual to join our busy team.  A solid background in commercial property transactions is required which will include:

• Acquisitions and disposals
• Creating and renewing business leases for both landlords and tenants
• Deeds of Grant
• Deeds of Variation
• Deeds of Assignment
• Overage Agreements

Full-time or part-time hours to suit the successful candidate.
