Litigation Team - Another Successful Hearing

It has been a busy time for the litigation department. Last week they were involved in another successful hearing. They had been instructed by a local client for a number of years in an ongoing boundary dispute regarding the ownership of the wall between two properties. We represented the Defendant who owned a property on one side of the wall, and who’s business was suffering as a result of the dispute. The parties were ordered to attend a settlement hearing via telephone and we managed to achieve settlement on positive terms for our client.
