James Howard

James joined Smith Roddam Solicitors in 2022 after having worked for various firms around the country. Originally from Bristol, he graduated from Coventry University and then went on to successfully complete the BAR Vocational Course at the University of West of England in 2003.

James has a wealth of experience in dealing with a wide range of civil litigation matters which include, but not limited to, landlord & tenant disputes, boundary and neighbour disputes, personal injury, contract disputes, debt recovery, commercial matters, TOLATA cases, and contentious probate.

James works from our Shildon office but is more than happy to see clients at any of our branches.

Away from work, James is an avid Formula 1 fan and a keen DIY and antiques enthusiast.
