Matthew Collings

Originally from County Durham, Matthew graduated from Northumbria University in 2014 with a first-class masters degree in law, and qualified as a solicitor in 2018.

Matthew primarily handles corporate and commercial matters where he advises clients on a range of issues including share sales and acquisitions, business transfer agreements, shareholder and partnership agreements, and general corporate governance.

Also, Matthew deals with commercial property matters including commercial developments, leases and refinancing, and ecclesiastical sales and purchases.

Outside of work, Matthew stays active and enjoys hiking, football and motorsport. He is also a qualified ocean diver and a member of the British Sub-Aqua Club.
