Legal Secretary / Administrator

Due to a rapid expansion of our workloads we are looking to hire a Legal Secretary / Administrator to join our Litigation Department

 

Litigation Secretary / Administrator

You will be working along side a team of Solicitors and Fee Earners supported by a committed support team .

Duties will include :

  • Audio typing
  • Managing files and Communications
  • Preparing documentation
  • Administration duties
  • Diary management
  • Working to deadlines

Experience - We are looking for a minimum amount of legal experience . In addition you would have the following skills :

  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Team Player
  • Good IT Skills with the ability to use the full suite of microsoft software and Case management systems
  • A strong work ethic and dedication to your job

Salary Range £18,000 - £20,000
