Daniel Deathers
Daniel returned to the firm in March 2020 having previously been employed by us between 2004 and 2014 during which time, alongside his academic studies, he progressed from an Office Junior to Trainee Solicitor to a qualified Solicitor.
Daniel has worked in legal offices since the age of 16 and re-joins the firm now having seven years of post-qualification experience in residential conveyancing within the local area.
Daniel is supported by his assistant Lesley who has worked in residential conveyancing for over 25 years.

- Transfers of equity (changing the owners on the legal title)
- Right to buy purchases
- Shared Ownership Sales and Purchases
- Forces Help to Buy loans
- Drafting a Declaration of Trust dealing with property co-ownership.

Daniel is regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA).
Interests
Outside of work Daniel enjoys spending time with his young son, friends and family and is a keen supporter of Portsmouth Football Club.
