Josie Peach

Josie is a Residential Conveyancing Legal Executive and joined Large and Gibson in December 2024 as part of the Residential Conveyancing Team. She is supported by her legal assistant Elizabeth Edmends.

Josie has worked within law for over 20 years and studied LLB Law (Hons) graduating from the University of Portsmouth in 2010. Jo is a graduate member of CILEX and has experience in sales and purchases, remortgages, lease extensions, first registrations and transfers of equity. She holds an HNC in Business and Finance together with a Post Graduate Certificate in Marketing and is a trained Citizens Advice Bureau adviser. Josie is aware that moving home is emotive and will always place her client’s best interests as her priority working to ensure as seamless a transaction as possible.

Interests

Josie enjoys spending time with her family and grandchildren, attending Yoga and walking her Jack Russell terrier.
