I am a solicitor dealing with all aspects of commercial property work. I can also advise on a range of commercial issues including business acquisitions, company matters, partnership and commercial agreements.

I moved to the south coast over twenty years ago and enjoy working in this area. Over that time, I have assisted commercial and residential property developers, investors, charities, lenders and local companies and other businesses with a variety of property and other commercial issues ranging from routine matters to complex high value transactions.

I have developed specialist expertise in commercial site acquisition and development and dealing with loans for commercial lenders, but I also particularly enjoy helping local businesses establish themselves in new premises and it is exciting watching them grow and develop. It is also fascinating to deal with a wide variety of properties from shops offices and factories to former military establishments and airfields.

I believe I can combine the experience and expertise that I have gained over the years with local knowledge and a friendly unstuffy approach to provide a personal and professional service to my clients. We try to gain a proper understanding of your business, so that we can work together to achieve your aims.

A busy professional life does not leave much time away from the office, but when I do have some time I enjoy watching live sport, particularly football and cricket, and live music and getting out and about in the beautiful countryside we have on our doorstep.
