Stacey Read
Stacey joined Large & Gibson in January 2023 as part of the Residential Property Department. She is supported by her legal assistant, Tamsin Stratton.
Stacey has many years of legal experience and knowledge of all areas of Residential Conveyancing. Stacey started her legal career as a conveyancing secretary in 2005 before making the transition to a fee-earning role in 2007.
Stacey will be able to help you with: -
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases,
- Lease extensions,
- First registrations,
- Re-mortgages,
- Right to buy purchases,
- Shared ownership sales and purchases,
- Transfers of equity.
Stacey also has previous experience within Private Client Law, so can apply this when dealing with sales and purchases involving Attorneys and Executors.

Interests
Stacey is a key member within the run director team at her local park run and enjoys keeping fit by running with Stubbington Green Running club. In April 2023 Stacey ran the London Marathon in 5 hours and 50 minutes.
