Apprentice

Teia joined Large and Gibson in 2024 and she is currently doing a business administration apprenticeship, which she is completing by working within the reception department.

She believes it is important to greet clients with a friendly, empathetic and professional approach, especially due to reception being the first point of contact for clients. She believes it is imperative that each client feels as calm as possible and feels as though their matter is being handled efficiently, therefore, she ensures that every client has their need addressed as soon as possible and with care.

Within reception, she has the responsibility of using the switchboard to take calls from clients and directing them to the correct people, directing emails, organising post and other general admin. In addition, she will aid clients that come in with queries or for appointments.

INTERESTS

Teia loves taking part in musicals including dancing, singing and acting and she has trained in performing arts since she was very young. She also loves to read and spend time with friends and family.
