Private Client Fee Earner/Paralegal
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented fee earner/paralegal to join our private client legal team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
In this varied role, your duties will include:
- Professional client engagement, taking instructions by telephone and email and in person; resolving client enquiries.
- Working with the private client team and the Firm to ensure tasks are completed to a high standard and in a timely manner.
- Drafting and preparation of documentation to include but not limited to wills, deed/declaration of trust, lasting powers of attorneys.
- File management.
- Supporting the Private Client Team to achieve financial success including all elements of billing and financial management in accordance with Private Client and firm procedures.
You must have:
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role within private client area of the law, including probate, wills, LPAs
- Excellent communication, networking and client facing skills

Conveyancer
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Conveyancer. As a Conveyancer, you will play a crucial role in facilitating the transfer of property ownership from one party to another. Your attention to detail and strong communication skills will be essential in ensuring a smooth and efficient process for our clients.
In this varied role, your duties will include:
- Reviewing and preparing legal documents related to property transactions
- Conducting title searches and ensuring the property has a clear title
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, and other parties involved in the transaction
- Coordinating with financial institutions to arrange mortgage financing
- Facilitating the exchange of contracts and completion of the transaction
- Providing advice and guidance to clients regarding property transactions
- Maintaining accurate records of all transactions
You must have
- Proven experience as a Conveyancer or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of property law and regulations
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in using conveyancing software and other relevant tools
- High level of professionalism and integrity
