North-east Wales-based law firm Hopleys GMA acquires Keene & Kelly
Hopleys GMA is pleased to announce the acquisition of Mold-based law firm Keene and Kelly as as part of its strategy to continue to expand its customer-focused legal services. Keene and Kelly is a well-established law firm having had a presence in Mold since the 18th century.
Although the firm has over 400 years of history, it has a progressive and modern approach to providing a comprehensive set of legal services including family, to conveyancing, employment law, wills and probate, specialist childcare and criminal proceedings. The firm will continue to provide high quality and specialised legal services to individuals and business clients in the north-east Wales area and beyond.

Mark Davies, Senior Partner of Hopleys GMA incorporating Keene and Kelly, said: “We are committed to seeking to improve the quality and the extent of the services we offer. We are investing in technology which will give us a modern and progressive edge, whilst continuing to offer a traditional, client-centred service. The combined firm will enable us to continue to provide the best service for our clients and increase the services we can offer from our offices in Mold and Wrexham. In addition to this we are recruiting additional experienced staff to further strengthen our team.”
