Ben Monaghan-Jupp

Ben moved from Coventry to Portsmouth and joined Quality Solicitors Large & Gibson in January 2023. Ben is a Paralegal to the Private Client Department and is also studying his Legal Practise Course as part of the journey to becoming a qualified Solicitor. Ben graduated from the University of Hull with a law degree in July 2022.

Ben believes that managing client expectations whilst maintaining a considerate and professional attitude is vital when dealing with clients. In the Private Client department there are a lot of vulnerable clients. Ben knows how it important it is to assess each and every client carefully to protect the firm and most importantly the client.

Ben assists with a wide range of Private Client matters such as drafting of wills; making probate applications; administration of Estates and Powers of Attorney and other legal documents.

Ben enjoys going to the gym and partaking in Mixed-Martial arts. Ben also enjoys football and is a passionate Coventry City supporter.
