Litigation Lawyer - Worcester
QualitySolicitors Parkinson Wright seek a Solicitor or CILEx to undertake General Litigation matters. This is a full time position at their Worcester office.
The successful candidate will have responsibility for handling all General Litigation matters. Emphasis will be placed on an ability to work on your own initiative (although guidance will be provided where necessary) and to market and develop the department.
Requirements:
You will need ideally a minimum of 2 years PQE in General Litigation including:
- Employment
- Landlord and Tenant
- Contentious Wills and Probate
- Contract disputes
- Professional Negligence
- Neighbour and Party Wall disputes
- Property / Construction disputes
- Consumer disputes
- Personal Injury experience an advantage but not essential
