Carol Adams HR Manager with Paulette Clarke Receptionist of the Day
Paulette Clarke of law firm QualitySolicitors Parkinson Wright based in Worcester picked up the award for Receptionist of the Day from Cordant People Worcester for the occasion of National Receptionist Day on Wednesday 13th May 2015.
Cordant People Worcester was impressed by Paulette’s tremendous commitment towards her job and the fact that she receives constant praise for her customer care. She not only knows all clients by name and face when they arrive in the office but also recognises them over the telephone adding to the positive experience.
One way Paulette has gone the extra mile was to learn communication by sign language for anybody with hearing difficulties, which she studied voluntarily. Paulette always arrives early and has the reception area arranged with flowers and colouring books for children, ready to greet clients and staff. Testimonials have showed that she often comes up with ideas on how to improve not just her job role but to assist others in theirs, trying to make staff members’ working day as stress free as possible.
