Millie began playing Rugby at the age of 4 years old alongside her brothers at Evesham Rugby Club where her Father was the coach for the under 11’s Rugby Team.
At the age of 11, girls were no longer able to play in the boy’s team, therefore, when she turned 13 years old Millie was able to join the Worcester Girl's Rugby Team.
Millie enjoyed playing Rugby and recognised that this was something she wished to pursue as a career. Upon leaving High School, she chose to study at Hartpury College where she could continue to play Rugby.
It was during her first year at Hartpury College that she was invited to play for the England u18's summer season and also Gloucester-Hartpury preseason matches.
During her second year at Hartpury College Millie represented England in the u18’s six nations and the European 7s Championship.
Now in her first year at University she has played 13 games this season for Gloucester-Hartpury in the premiership and has 3 caps for the England u20’s.
Millie was also invited to spend a week with the England Senior Women's Rugby camp recently.
Millie Hyett says, "I am delighted to be sponsored by Parkinson Wright for the upcoming season, it means a lot! They have been so helpful and generous and I am looking forward to working with them for the foreseeable future. I am also very excited to help promote awareness of their company!"
Cyril Arridge says, "We are delighted to sponsor Millie Hyett who plays for the England Women’s Rugby Union Under 20’s team. Millie has already received 3 caps for the England Under 20’s team and we look forward to seeing her play throughout the 2024 season for Gloucester-Hartpury and England."
