Partner, Practice Operations
Debra is a Partner, Practice Operations at QualitySolicitors Parkinson Wright.
She joined the firm in March 1992. After working as a paralegal in the family law department, Debra became Practice Manager in January 2006 and Partner in February 2021.
Debra is responsible for the facilities and internal operations within the practice. She oversees the reception and administration staff at each office, deals with the tender and procurement of the supply of services and contracts, as well as health and safety within the company. During her time Debra has project managed many office moves, relocation and fit-outs. Her role is widespread and Debra enjoys the variety of challenges placed before her on a daily basis.
