Phil is a Partner in the Family Law department at QualitySolicitors Parkinson Wright and is based at the Worcester Office. He advises on Public Law Children matters and assists parents when the Local Authority becomes involved with a family either by arranging a PLO meeting or bringing a court application for a care or supervision order. Phil also advises on Private Law Children matters including Special Guardianship Orders and cases featuring domestic abuse.
He obtained an LLB Law First Class Honours Degree from the University of Worcester.
Phil joined QualitySolicitors Parkinson Wright in February 2020.
