Sarah Phillips

Sarah is a Partner, Residential Property and also Head of Conveyacing in which role she has specific responsibilities under the Law Society Conveyancing Quality Scheme at QualitySolicitors Parkinson Wright.

She obtained an LLB Law  at Leeds Beckett University in 2004 and undertook her LPC at Birmingham College of Law, qualifying as a solicitor in 2016.

Sarah joined QualitySolicitors Parkinson Wright in 2010 and is experienced in buying and selling freehold and leasehold properties for private individuals, companies and investors.  She also assists clients with re-mortgages, buying and selling at auction (including the preparation of auction packs), Tenancy Agreements, First Registrations, Assents, Transfers of Title, Declarations of Trust and arranging leasehold house owners to purchase the freehold interest in their home.
