We advise on admission arrangements particularly over-subscription criteria to ensure compliance with the School Admissions Code. We also clerk independent admission appeal panels and advise on the issues arising therefrom.

Data Protection

The law requires you to protect other people's personal information or data. Knowing what counts as personal data is important, as is how you manage or process this data, how you store it and what you need to do when you receive a 'subject access request.'

We advise on all aspects of the planning process and are happy to engage with the local planning authority in connection with outline planning submissions, through grant to appeals where required.
