QualitySolicitors Dunn & Baker are delighted to announce that following a two year training contract with the firm, Sarah Randall today has qualified into their Civil Litigation Department as a Solicitor. Senior Partner, Nick Penwell said “congratulations to Sarah, her due diligence and service to customers has really shone through during her training conrtact with our firm.”
Whilst undertaking her two year training contract, Sarah has worked within the firm’s Commercial Property and New Homes departments and in their Civil Litigation department. Sarah particularly enjoyed working within the Civil Litigation department, with Kathy Trist, Associate Solicitor. Due to the variety of work, Sarah found that in fact she wanted to work in a litigious area of law. Sarah has a keen interest in employment disputes but enjoys the day to day challenges of working in a fast paced department, where she works on property disputes, contested probate, contract issues, professional negligence, employment and much more! Sarah has participated in various charity events on behalf of the firm and has most recently organised QualitySolicitors Dunn & Baker’s team for the Exeter Legal Walk. Sarah is excited to have completed her qualifications and is looking forward to progressing her legal career.
QualitySolicitors Dunn & Baker have been providing legal services to private clients and business communities for over 100 years, growing now to have offices in Exeter, Cullompton and Newton Abbot. They have the resources to help their clients meet the challenges that they face in the legal world of the 21st century.
