INTRODUCTION
Dan is an Associate Solicitor working within our thriving Private Client Department.
TRAINING
Dan joined Dunn & Baker Solicitors in 2006 as a Trainee Solicitor after completing an honours LLB Law Degree from Swansea University in 2003, followed by the Legal Practice Course at Exeter University in 2006. Dan joined the Private Client Department in 2008 after the successful completion of his Training Contract. Dan is a fully accredited member of STEP (The Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners) and does numerous pro bono and charitable work for various local charities including Hospiscare, Exeter Leukaemia Fund (ELF) and Barnardo’s.
SPECIALISMS
Dan deals with all forms of Wills, recognising that every client is different in both their personal circumstances and their wishes regarding their estates and need to plan for the future. Dan also deals with all forms of probate and estates work.
APPROACH
Dan prides himself on his high level of service and always welcomes the opportunity to meet with new clients. He is always willing to visit clients at their homes if it is difficult for them to travel to our offices. Whilst this area of law is not always the easiest subject for individuals to deal with, Dan assists his clients in a sensitive manner, making the process as straightforward and painless as possible.
