Louise Webber

INTRODUCTION
Louise’s legal career began in 2002 as a Conveyancing Assistant, qualifying as a Paralegal in Conveyancing shortly thereafter. In 2016 Louise progressed to the position of Property Executive and was responsible for her own caseload. Having worked in Exeter and lived in Cullompton for a number of years, Louise has a great knowledge of the local area and is a very active member of the local community.

TRAINING
Louise qualified as a Paralegal in 2003 and boasts over 20 years’ experience in Conveyancing.

SPECIALISMS
Louise specialises in all types of residential property transactions, including sales and purchases of both freehold and leasehold properties, registered and unregistered land, transfers of equity and re-mortgages and therefore brings a wealth of knowledge and support to the team.

APPROACH
Louise prides herself on being friendly, approachable and efficient, providing updates, advice and guidance to all parties to ensure transactions proceed as trouble-free as possible. Louise understands that moving home can be the most exciting of times but can also be stressful and she therefore considers getting to know her clients’ individual requirements to be paramount to the service she provides.
