Sandi Gait

INTRODUCTION
Sandi joined Dunn & Baker Solicitors in October 2022. Sandi’s legal career began in 1989 as a Legal Secretary, later qualifying as a Legal Executive. She has a wealth of legal experience and provides high-level support for members of our Residential Conveyancing Team at our Cullompton office.

TRAINING
Sandi started her CILEx Legal Executive training in 1989 and qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in 1993. She has experience providing support in a number of areas of law including civil litigation, personal injury, and commercial and residential property.

SPECIALISMS
Working in the Residential Property Department, Sandi assists the team with both freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, mortgages and remortgages, transfers of equity and shared ownership properties.

APPROACH
Priding herself on being friendly, approachable and efficient, Sandi is a great asset to the team, assisting them in providing great client care and service. She is acutely aware that at times the conveyancing process can be daunting for clients and ensures that she is easily accessible so that they can obtain updates and ask questions when they need to.
