Designer/Artworker at Quality Solicitors

Our Leicester based head office is home to the marketing department who cater for all marketing and promotional requirements from the partner firms, delivering a wide range of marketing collateral to help their business thrive and grow.

Reporting to the Brand Manager, you will work as the sole Designer/Artworker to support the network with a wide range of marketing material, including advertising, leaflets, brochures, POS, outdoor banners and web banners, presentations and campaign materials. Whilst initially offered as a 3-6 month contract, the role could go permanent.

Your day will be spent working alongside a small team which includes brand executives, an in-house copywriter and freelance designers to deliver all design and artwork requirements, as briefed by the partner firms. With a high level of attention to detail you will produce high quality artwork, consistently adhering to technical specifications and brand guidelines.

About you:

  • Confident with at least 1 year in a similar artwork/ graphic design role
  • Skilled in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop is necessary as some retouching will be required from time to time)
  • Good design and layout skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Experience in preparing artwork to print specifications.
  • Highly organised with an ability to prioritise workloads.
  • Excellent communication skills both face to face and on the telephone.
  • A flexible and adaptable team player who is happy to support your colleagues where necessary
  • A good understanding of how to apply brand guidelines
  • Agency or client side experience
