Our Role
We are currently recruiting for Call Centre Representatives to join our newly formed team based in St Ives. As the first point of contact for individuals seeking to use the services of a solicitor, you will be required to handle incoming calls and provide a straight-forward and professional experience to our customers. Representing our member legal firms, you’ll be required to gain an understanding of the type of legal assistance our customers need in order to direct their calls.
What We’re Looking For
· You’ll have customer service experience and have previously worked in a high call volume environment
· You’ll be customer orientated and have the ability to deal with a variety of individuals
· You’ll have good communication skills both written and verbal
What we can offer
· Salary: £16,000 - £18,000
· Office hours Monday- Friday 9.00am-5.30pm based in our St Ives Offices (Cambridgeshire)
