IT Support Technician at Quality Solicitors
QualitySolicitors are looking for a proactive and team oriented IT Support Technician, to provide IT support for all internal users and support for all IT hardware and software deployed at Head Office.
Roles and responsibilities
- Provide support on the use of all IT equipment used in the business including:
- Laptops and desktops issued to staff, Servers and network equipment, Mobile phones and tablets.
- Provide support with all software used in the business including: Microsoft Office, DotMailer, SurveyMonkey and other online tools.
- Support the QualitySolicitors email infrastructure.
- Provide support with IT training.
- Manage and ensure integrity of data backup.
- Provide support on the use of all IT equipment used in the business including:

Skills required
- Solid knowledge and understanding of Windows 7 / Windows 8.
- Solid knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office (especially Word, Excel, Powerpoint) at an advanced level.
- Understanding windows server technologies including: Windows 2008 / 2012, Microsoft Exchange
- Excellent communication skills.
- Flexible and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Team oriented.

- Excellent problem solving skills.
- Knowledge and understanding of networking technology and cabling.
Experience requirements
- Experience in dealing with end-user support and training.
- Experience in technical troubleshooting and problem solving (Windows desktop and server platforms, network routers / switches / wireless technologies).
