Digital Marketing / Content / SEO Manager / Specialist at Quality Solicitors
Working within our head office marketing department in St Ives, Cambridgeshire you will report to and work with the Marketing Director to achieve online success for our partner firms. You will play a vital role across a variety of marketing activities, with the main focus and responsibility being organic search as a whole; managing strategies on a daily basis to help the business meet its objectives.
You’re an expert in your field who lives and breathes digital. You’ll own all the KPI’s associated with organic search and identify any optimisation needed to achieve these. This is a very hands-on role with a strong focus on the strategy and the bigger picture. This is a great opportunity to join a growing team.
Roles and responsibilities
- Create, develop and own the SEO strategies for QS head office and its partner firms
- Identify and act on opportunities for organic growth
- Develop insightful, thorough recommendations to improve technical, on-page and off-page optimisation elements
- Devise and deliver content marketing strategies to increase quality of traffic and conversions
- Use Google Analytics, Google Search Console and relevant tools for spotting opportunities/addressing issues, diagnosing and regular reporting
- Landing page optimisation and split testing
- Advise and optimise user experience with the use of tools such as Hotjar and Crazy Egg
- CMS and website management; page creation, editing content, uploading images etc.
Person specification
- Proven track record of delivering SEO success
- Hands on experience of technical, on-page and off-page SEO
- Hands on experience of Google Analytics, Google Search Console and Tag Manager
- Hands on experience of tools such as Moz, SEMrush, Screaming Frog etc
- Experience of using content management systems
- Self-starter, results focused and driven
- Excellent communication skills
- Acute attention to detail with strong problem solving abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Fluent written and spoken English
Desirable:
- Relevant digital marketing qualification e.g. CIM, IDM
- Google Analytics certified
