Strength in Numbers: Metamorph Group acquires QualitySolicitors

We are pleased to announce that as of 31 August 2021 Metamorph Group acquired QualitySolicitors.

Whilst for our clients across the UK everything will stay the same, for our partner firms it offers hugely exciting opportunities for all partners being part of a multi-law focused group. QualitySolicitors will continue to grow from strength to strength as we begin to offer an even greater suite as we benefit from the synergies of a law-focused group.

Metamorph is a group of high street law firms, who deliver legal services and support to over 50,000 individuals and SMEs a year, through their network of over 15 offices and over 650 locally based staff. While the names of acquired firms and their local identities survive, Metamorph also has national operations directors for trusts and estates, dispute resolution, family, and conveyancing.

Metamorph’s aim is to make the network stronger, increase geographical coverage by recruitment in “black spots” and widen the number of services available to all QualitySolicitors partners.
