A hearing can be arranged very quickly and without notice to your partner. Depending on the circumstances a Non-molestation Order can then be made with a further hearing arranged to allow your partner to give their evidence. With Occupation Orders the court usually prefers to delay making an order until they have heard the evidence of both parties.
