Can I claim for food or water poisoning?
If you or a family member becomes ill because of a food product you have bought or you have consumed contaminated water – be that at a supermarket or from a restaurant – it is possible to claim compensation. Claims can also be made when this happens abroad on holiday for example. We can still look at a claim as there will be health and safety standards that apply in the country you were in.
QualitySolicitors also advises on claims where disease or poisoning occurs, for example mesothelioma and poisoning from carbon monoxide. Early medical advice is extremely helpful as it enables us to trace the cause – and therefore who is responsible.
Whatever the compensation claim it may be possible to progress it via our ‘no win – no fee’ arrangement.
