Have I been fairly selected for redundancy?
Your employer must select who is redundant using an objective selection criteria – and this criteria must be shared and explained before it is applied. It has to be applied consistently, without bias and ‘scores’ shared with each individual in a certain way. If you feel you have been improperly scored you can appeal – as you can the final decision.
