What redundancy payments am I entitled to?

If you have been continuously employed for two years (over the age of 18) you are entitled to a 'statutory minimum redundancy payment'. Some employers may offer more than this – check your contract or we can do it for you.
In addition you will also be owed any outstanding contractual payments – this may be wages, notice pay and accrued holiday up to and including your last day.
