Are there any legal requirements for a will to be valid?
A will is valid if it is made by a person either 18 or over, created without undue pressure from another party, and made by a person who is of sound mind. A will must also be signed in the presence of 2 witnesses over the age of 18 and signed by your 2 witnesses, in your presence.
