The first time you talk to one of our legal experts is free. After that we will be clear on what likely costs are based upon the work we are asked to do for you.
For example we may be able to look at a ‘fixed price’ divorce or dissolution – this means you know the costs will not vary as long as you have told us everything we need to know at the outset and there are no changes. We can provide estimated costs, for example, in dealing with children or financial arrangements – of course, if you can agree this jointly it is cheaper for you - especially if you do this via mediation or using a Collaborative Law approach.
